DESCRIPTION
A smaller PVP Capture Point map for the Lyra Shooter Game in Unreal Engine 5. The Map consists of mostly outdoors gameplay with a main central building. The three capture points are on the main bridge, central facility, and the vehicle yard. There are also health pickups, weapon pickups, and team spawn points. Being jungle and military themed, the map contains mossy cliff sides, palm trees, banana trees, military structures and vehicles, and a waterfall with a river that the player can use as cover. A team wins when they reach more points by capturing
objectives.
This project was created for a Level design class during my sophomore year at Champlain College. As my second Unreal Engine 5 project, I got to further develop my skills in building a level within Unreal 5 .

This Lyra Shooter Game level, built in Unreal Engine 5, revolves around capturing objectives around an open level themed to the idea of a military base left recently abandoned out in the jungle. In between each spawn point and objective there are weapon pickups with a health pickup within the facility of each capture point. While the main building in the center of the map focuses on close quarters combat, the other two objectives focus on a mix of close- and long-range combat, with the other open areas focusing soley on long range combat. The level is meant to provide a fun capture point level with a bright and unique setting.
